Nathan brings extensive experience in the multifamily industry and has been a key member of Oak Hill Group since 2015. As Vice President of Multi-Family, he leads property management operations, focusing on leasing, maintenance, financial performance, and community management. Having advanced from Community Manager to Regional Manager, Nathan excels in optimizing revenue, budget analysis, and team development. Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong team collaboration, he is also an active advocate for the multifamily sector as a member of the Bay Area Government Affairs Committee.

Tiffany Martinez has a career spanning more than two decades in the Multifamily Industry.
